I have been focused on my weight from as long as I can remember, well into early childhood and it remains forefront on my mind. I am not a physician, nutritionist, psychologist nor dietician. I am someone with a food addiction who has successfully lost weight and has kept it off for most of my life. It has been my purpose to help others, even if that means just one person.

You have always been a beautiful, brave, authentic caring lady. I have always been at ahhhh how does she do it all? I’m so proud of you and grateful that I knew you when you were struggling with this, but you were always committed to trying like walking in the freezing cold alone or with others no matter what!! All I ever saw was a beautiful, selfless friend to all. You are at the top of my list as one of the most beautiful souls god blessed me with. Always coming up with new ways to help others! Thank you for sharing your struggles and hopefully teaching us how to commit to our goals for 2019! I will keep reading and sharing dear friend, I trust you will teach me a lot!
